Ms. Sweta Warudkar

Founder and Director

Sweta Warudkar brings both compassion and strategy to ENLIFT Foundation. Her professional journey spans 15+ years across NGOs, Government collaborations, and Corporate CSR programs, where she has led transformative initiatives in education, women empowerment, livelihood generation, and nature conservation. Driven by her belief that “true change begins where roads end,” she founded ENLIFT Foundation with a mission to walk the last mile — bringing education, innovation, leadership, and sustainable transformation to India’s remotest regions. Her leadership combines empathy and excellence with a deep commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG principles, ensuring that each initiative creates measurable social and environmental impact. As a mentor and changemaker, she envisions ENLIFT as a movement that transforms last-mile communities into sustainable and self-reliant ecosystems.

Philanthropy runs in her DNA. Born into a family deeply rooted in community service and social upliftment, Smt. Vatsala D. Mohadikar continues her ancestors’ enduring legacy of compassion, generosity, and civic responsibility.Smt. Vatsala D. Mohadikar brings a lifetime of experience in public administration, welfare programs, and grassroots governance to ENLIFT Foundation. Her deep understanding of government systems, social policy, and citizen welfare mechanisms enables ENLIFT Foundation to design programs that are transparent, accountable, and outcome-oriented. As Director and Co-founder, Smt. Mohadikar combines administrative excellence with grassroots empathy, guiding the Foundation’s mission to build self-reliant, inclusive, and sustainable rural communities. Her calm wisdom, resilience, and unwavering ethics serve as the moral compass of ENLIFT’s work across India’s remotest regions. Believing that “progress is most meaningful when it uplifts those farthest behind,” she continues to inspire a culture of purpose-driven leadership, compassion, and transformative action within ENLIFT Foundation.

Dr. Unde specializes in helping NGOs secure funds and resources to strengthen their organizational capacity and expand their reach. His strategic guidance enables ENLIFT Foundation to build robust funding frameworks, develop sustainable revenue models, and secure resources from diverse sources including government agencies, corporate partnerships, and philanthropic institutions. Dr. Unde's insights help ENLIFT scale its programs while maintaining financial transparency and impact accountability.

Mr. James Varghese brings over 34 years of distinguished experience in corporate finance, governance, strategy, and business transformation. He is the Co-Founder of ArthaVerse, a global value-driven ecosystem that supports SMEs in scaling through strategic alliances, access to capital, and sustainable growth frameworks. Mr. Varghese brings valuable strategic insights in financial sustainability, governance frameworks, partnerships, and growth strategy. His experience in working with businesses, investors, and impact-driven organizations strengthens ENLIFT's ability to scale its social initiatives, build credible partnerships, and create long-term sustainable impact in communities.

Mr. Sanjay Patel is a skilled civil engineering professional with extensive experience in rehabilitation, retrofitting, and comprehensive civil engineering solutions. He brings a strong technical foundation combined with a creative approach to interior design, infrastructure optimization, and intelligent space utilization. With a unique focus on sustainability, he specializes in transforming scrap and discarded materials into functional, value-added assets. Mr. Patel contributes valuable guidance in sustainable infrastructure development, resource optimization, and environmentally responsible design. His knowledge supports ENLIFT in strengthening community-based projects such as education infrastructure and eco-conscious development initiatives, ensuring projects are implemented with efficiency and long-term community impact.

Dr. Ashwini Warudkar is a dedicated medical professional (MBBS) with hands-on experience in public healthcare, bringing valuable insights into community health, preventive care, and grassroots medical challenges. Dr. Warudkar contributes her medical expertise to strengthen the foundation's health and awareness initiatives, especially programs focused on menstrual hygiene management, adolescent health education, and community health awareness. Her guidance ensures ENLIFT's interventions are medically informed, impactful, and responsive to real community needs.

Mrs. Purva Pavan S is a Positivity Life Coach, GarbhSanskar Mentor, and Certified Counsellor. With over a decade of experience in guiding women through emotional well-being, motherhood, and holistic health, she is the founder of The Mom Academia, a platform dedicated to empowering women in their journey toward motherhood and personal transformation. Mrs. Purva plays an important role in strengthening Project TARINI. Her expertise in women's health awareness, emotional well-being, and family education supports the program in breaking social taboos around menstruation, promoting menstrual health awareness, and encouraging open conversations within families and communities.
